Rebecca Tattoli.
Psychologist
No matter how big or small your therapy goals are, Bec offers a safe, non-judgmental, and comfortable space. Bec works in-line with her values of collaboration and connection with clients to create a positive path forward using evidence-based treatment.
Bec has worked in private practice, not-for-profit, and disability sectors and is experienced in assessing and treating a range of mental health concerns in children, teens and adults. Melanie hannam.
Psychologist
Whether you are returning to therapy or thinking about starting for the first time, Mel provides a space where you feel connected and supported as you work towards reaching your goals. Mel works with adults, teens, and parents of young children, offering evidence-based interventions that focus on the neurobiology of attachment and wellbeing.
Schema Therapy is Mel’s preferred approach. It provides a model for exploring how early experiences shape the way we function. She also utilises Solution-Focused Therapy, which is a more short-term intervention that shifts the focus from our problems to our existing strengths.
Mel believes that the best outcomes are achieved when therapy is approached as a collaborative process, prioritising connection and authenticity.

Our services.
A range of therapeutic interventions are available for families individuals seeking support with emotional wellbeing and mental health. At the initial appointment, we will discuss your goals and past experiences with therapy to determine what therapeutic approach might be the best fit for you and how we can tailor this to your needs.
Please note:
We are not a crisis support service. If you are in need of urgent mental health support, please follow the link to Head to Health for crisis support options.
Children & teens.
Early childhood and adolescence are critical stages for laying down the foundations of healthy brain development. The skills children develop during this time have a lifelong impact on mental health and wellbeing.
Our team is passionate about helping parents and carers feel empowered to support the developmental needs of their children by building on their existing strengths and skills. We believe that the best outcomes are achieved when parents and carers are actively involved in the therapeutic process as we work through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, attachment, neurodiversity, identity and self-harm.
adults.
Our psychologists are experienced in providing evidence-based interventions for adults seeking support with a range of issues, including symptoms of anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, phobias, interpersonal challenges and PTSD. Your goals for therapy will inform which approach we take and how we tailor strategies to your individual needs.
